No need for any photos and videos. It came with a good packaging, some documents a rechargeable battery and a wire to charge. All good quality like other microsoft Products. Using it for more than a month now and no issues whatsoever. Backup is decent 3/4 days with moderate gaming. Nothing much for nitpicking.. If you are planning one then just go for it.🤟

The charging deck is not working. After using it for some time im facing a lot of issues. When the controllers are plugged in they start charging as it shows a blue light but even after leaving them on charge for 2 hours, the battery is drained and they don’t work. The controllers are getting charged normally when charged through methods other than the charging deck. Please look into this matter and arrange a replacement.

1. Cheapest option than any rechargebale AA bateries.2. you can use controller while charging.3. No need to connect to the xbox console you can connect to any power socket and it will still work.4. Battry backup and charging speed are good.

I was having the problem of batteries being drained and looking for new batteries in the middle of game play before. So I purchased this. I was initially a big sceptic about it. But now I feel that I should have purchased this on day one
