Great product for those who are vitamin D deficient. Liquid can mask the taste if you’re not a fan of it. Good value.

I like these drops. There’s no flavor at all, which actually makes them easy to add to drinks without changing the taste. The blend of D3, K2, MCT oil, and Omega‑3 is convenient, and the liquid form makes it simple to take every day.

These drops work great. I was Vitamin D deficient for years and since i've been taking these, my Vitamin D levels have been normal for years. Contrary to one review I read that claimed this product have flaxseed oil, IT DOES NOT!!! It has Chai seed oil. Any delicate omega-3s are highly susceptible to oxidation from heat, light, and air, making proper storage (refrigerated, dark bottle) crucial and necessitating discarding it if it smells sour, fishy, or tastes bitter. I've been using this product for years and i've never had a bottle go rancid after opening and I use it everyday, but I also store it in a cool dark closet and they are in dark bottles. I wish they were third party tested, but they aren't, but I've never had an issue with the product or it working as desired

I was excited to receive this item as I needed extra Vitamin D. This product came with the bonus of MCT Oil and Omega 3 which is excellent for the body. I was surprised by the slight fish taste of the oil, but it may be because it is all organic. That being said it packs a ton of health benefits in it. The dropper works well and it's easy to swallow.

Easy to use, perfect iu for me, mix of M7, M4 in the K2 is a bonus, ALA is a bonus. MCT, and chia oils i can take stamd alone if I prefer if I don't have other fat rich food nearby or handy. 1 week, it's clearing some issues, energy, down, skin, all around, very good. 5 points.

This is a good Liquid vitamin , i find it easier than taking pill form ..

I was actually Vitamin D deficient before starting this supplement, and after consistently taking it, my levels are now back within normal range. I love that it combines both D3 and K2, and the liquid drops make it really easy to take every day. The taste is mild, the dropper is convenient, and overall it’s been one of the easiest supplements to stay consistent with. I’m very happy with the results I’ve personally had and will definitely keep repurchasing.

Haven't tested again yet, but should be good taking a dropper a day. GET UNFLAVORED. It's just oil with a slight chia overtaste, which I happen to like. I was on a very great brand, 2000 IU a day, and I just don't think I absorbed the type it was. Needed something absorbable AND vegetarian, which is actually a challenge. Will update when I get my next blood test

I don't know how much it helped as i had not tested my vitamin D3 level. However, my mood swings started stabilizing and I feel energetic..maybe because of the regained vitamin D3 level. Although, i wish they come up with 10000 IU instead.
