Luckily I found this ceiling light, read the reviews, and decided to try it. I love this light. I have tall ceilings, and at 68 installing the light was a little tricky but I managed. I set the light on low because the light gets really bright.

I purchased this for my 91 year old papa. There is a dark hallway that he walks through to get to his back door. He often stumbled or ran into the wall before I installed the light. Now when he steps into the hall the light turns on and stays illuminated until he gets to the end of the hall and to the back door. It also works when he enters in the from the back door and walks down the hallway to get to the kitchen. I it really quite PERFECT. So glad I found this jewel.

Installed at the front entrance ceiling and motion detection is 1-2 seconds slow but not a problem to me. 2 options for brightness. Full is brighter than Half. I choose Half to make the batteries last longer. Doesn’t come with batteries so I used my own Duracell. Still bright after as of today. It came with screws so it’s ready to drill in. No regret of buying this.

I have tried several battery operated LED lights at the top of my basement stairs, because it's just a dark corner. I would be happy to rip on the three I bought prior to this one that were useless, as they provided very little illumination, even in that dark corner, but I digress. Do yourself a favor, if you have a place that needs enough light somewhere in your home, to avoid breaking your neck in the dark, just buy this one first, and skip the other battery operated LEDs.

Poorly made. The "D" size batteries don't fit properly, they pop out because the compartment is too small. And the light sensor does not work as advertised. It is supposed to stay on when there is movement. It does not. I have to cover the sensor in order to get it to turn on. I should have returned it, but I waited too long...

Loved these lights Perfect for small bathroom. They give off great light, can adjust cooler/warmer color, and whether or not to use the motion censor mode. We purchase 2.Going to buy on for every bedroom closet.

Works shockingly well. FYI All the Batteries make it heavy, command strips won’t work.I’m using on ceiling in entry way of apartment. Works well enough I can see the difference between all my black gloves & winter gear.
