The Smallest Tool with the Loudest Authority
These mini Cobra pliers are proof that size means absolutely nothing when design is done right. The fit is perfect. Compact enough to live in a pocket or pouch, yet instantly confidence inspiring the moment you pick them up. They feel balanced, precise, and ready for work despite their small footprint.Adjustment is effortless and precise. The fine adjustment mechanism works smoothly, letting you set the jaws exactly where you want them with minimal effort. Once locked in, they stay put. The self locking action is outstanding, biting down securely without slipping or needing constant hand pressure.Grip is exceptional for a tool this small. The jaws hold fast, and the handles are comfortable to use even when you are applying real force. There is no sharpness, no awkward pressure points, just controlled strength where you need it.For the quality on offer, the value for money is excellent. This is a professional grade tool in miniature form, built to last and genuinely useful rather than novelty sized.I thank these pliers. My toolkit thanks these pliers. Even stubborn fasteners seem to reconsider their attitude.Long may they bite.

Great quality and function
Very pricey but superb quality and design.Despite their tiny size these pliers grip hard, feel unbreakable and open to approx 25mm, so can deal with surprisingly big tasks. While suited to the usual plier jobs like nuts, stubborn fittings or plumbing fixings, these are very precise and could even be used to pull a splinter out or to hold something tiny for working with another tool. They have a place in my mini EDC kit which I carry during my work supervising youth expeditions.

Best micro gripping pliers you can buy, and not a bad shifting spanner in a pinch
I am a Knipex fanboi, and have been gradually replacing my tools (mainly bike servicing, a little car and household maintenance including electricals) .If you have seen Knipex Pliers in operation these XS are the same high quality, great pliers, that serve double duty as shifting spanners though they are not as nice as the Knipex Pliers Wrench (100 mm 86 04 100) as the serrated jaws will mar the bolt (but they are much cheaper). As pliers I find them more effective as the jaws are parallel, the harder you pull the tighter they grip. Though the cobra type (serrated teeth) are ideal for any thing you need to dig into for grip if you don't mind scoring the surface but need that extra purchase/torque otherwise go for the other Wrench over the Cobra .This one is tiny, it feels high quality, robust, and can do jobs I wouldn't dare use a similar sized tool from the typical UK household brands. Get it on sale and the price premium isn't that bad.If you get fanboi-ish don't bother with every size, they are so versatile you can skip a few sizes and be able to do any job requiring pliers, this XS one last, for the fiddly jobs in tight spaces or when you want to finish of an EDC tool bag.And remember when you're justifying the cost to yourself take into account the speed and lack of frustration on getting a job done.

Pocket sized perfection
I was shown one of these by a friend who was using it instead of a pot lifter while camping. It was so tactile that I had to have one.My job is maintenance in a large school and one or two tools are always in my pocket. I found I was carrying a Swiss Army Knife AND a multi tool, but only ever using the pliers on the latter. Within days of this Knipex arriving, it was my primary first choice for nearly everything. The knife has stayed and the multi tool is now in the hands of somebody else. The one handed operation means those tight spaces at the back of sinks etc are much more accessible and the strength achievable in this tiny wrench has to be experienced to be believed. In the couple of weeks that I’ve owned this remarkable tool, two friends have bought them for themselves and a heating engineer (who prides himself on his Knipex collection) actually borrowed mine for a tight space on the school boiler, and then promptly ordered one there and then.I have seldom been more delighted by the purchase of a tool, it is robust to the point of being nothing short of Mighty. The design is immaculate and a joy to use. It can handle anything up to an inch and slightly more, but can be employed in a huge amount of everyday tasks that would normally involve heading to the tool box. The precision for jobs like retrieving tiny screws which have slipped through to the back of fittings (as I can personally attest) is, I would say in my gushing praise, almost surgical.Highly recommended and an obvious five stars in all categories.

Great set of small pliers
Great set of pliers, they far outperform their small size. Fit comfortably in a pocket or in a pouch on your belt. Well worth the money.

Knipex mini. Small but capable.
A tiny pair of pliers bought for my EDC kit. They take up very little space but are already proving useful. There is a tiny amount of wiggle that allows the jaws to misalign by a negligible amount. I'd still buy them even if I'd known this prior to purchase, but at the same time that miniscule amount of play niggles me so deserved a mention. Otherwise they are a lovely bit of kit. They are so small that if you handed them to someone who didn't know the brand, they would potentially think they were a kids toy. In reality it' a tool that is an ideal edc item. They lock better than some larger versions I've used and are easy to manipulate for larger size tasks than you'd think for such a small pair. Out of the box the black finish looks good. How that will stand up iver time I cannot say. They are nit the cheapest option for a pair this size, there are similar sized options for around 2 thirds the price. But given they are knipex, it was worth it to me to get these iver the competitors. Photo shows them with a 711 lollypop driver and a leatherman wave for scale.

Electricians little mate
Decent little set of EDC grips! They fit perfectly in my leatherman surge sheath. Used them on site to do up 25mm lock rings on kopex glands in single back boxes (although I'd definitely go full size pliers wrench for swa glands, not enough purchase). Handy little hip tool so I dont need to drag a full bag up flights of stairs!

Excellent pour sa taille et son ergonomie.
Un mini outil a recommander pour sa polyvalence malgré sa taille. Ergonomie et manipulation à une main excellente, recommandé les yeux fermés. N'hésitez pas à en faire un outil quotidien. 4.5 cm d'ouverture maximale utile.

Liten men otroligt naggande god!

Taki kieszonkowy krokodyl :)
