Does each one come with a sterilisation number?

I don't understand the sterilisation number but ho i clean mine is - after use wash with soap and water after i soak the head of the derma roller in antibacterial cell.

Hi, do u think this wil work on spots on the lips, and scarred spots?

I don't suffer with spots ,maybe had the odd few. .I have dark skin so just one spot leaves a scar dark scar . I have faded out scar using this derma roller just use lightly each day and use numbing cream. As for spots I use azeliac acid everyday and hca serems

Does it help with hair growth on hairline scalp and beard

As a female I can't comment on the latter. However I would say around my hairline my hair started to grow again - though I have stopped using this due to health reasons not the product . I would advise taking a professional view first especially with your beard & the follicles as I wouldn't want you to have folliculitis just a bit of advice as with any product that pierces the skin and there are follicles it can cause hair to grow back on itself causing boils / acne / spots - Folliculitis. Take a read before you choose to buy . Hope this helps
