I believe they would stick well to any surface. Unfortunately,, I was not able to use them because of wrong adapters for me.

Not 3M adhesive, however it seems to be working fine. I used to mount a gopro to a motorcycle helmet.

They don’t stick to my helmets surface very well but hold the gopro
