I enjoyed this tea.
The flavor has a maltiness that I enjoy from many of these Assams.

substandard product bag
packaging has changed feels like the bag containing the tea could rip in half. I do not like the new bag the tea is in. The bag the tea is in feels cheap and not good quality for the product it will hold.

An Assam tea should be strong.
These tea leaves (if that's what they are) look odd. Taste is ok, not great. And it is not very strong.

My all time favorite tea
This tea is perfection. Strong and malty just like I like it. It’s also the very fine CTC (cut torn curled) processed, not whole leaf which I find more flavorful.

Definitely not the quality that I was expecting.
This is more the quality of a tea that you would find in a tea bag. The whole point in loose leaf is the quality and I was disappointed. The taste is ok. I much prefer the leaf to the ground up mess. For the price I will get it from another supplier. It is sad because I love the Darjeeling in this brand

Good CTC Assam for a mix or on its own.
Has decent enough flavor and boldness for a CTC Assam, no complaints here. Am a fan of Harney so I tend to like most of their stuff.
