I've been using this for years, seems to help prevent sinus issues.

I've only been using this spray for 4 days and immediately saw a huge difference. I've been suffering from chronic sinusitis since I was 3 years old. I've never been able to breathe out of my nose properly. I've had multiple surgeries to dry to reduce the infections, inflammation, and help my ability to breathe (adnoid removal, septoplasty, etc.) and while sometimes it would help for a while it always went back to the same situation of chronic infections. I averaged anywhere from 6-10 infections a year and a lot of them progressed into bronchitis and ear infections. I've tried multiple nasal sprays, I've tried tons of decongestants and allergy meds, etc. This is the first product that showed me an immediate difference when I used it. It stung a bit at first and still does sting slightly when I use it. I have been using it three times a day for the past four days and can definitely breathe a lot better than I normally can. I can smell better and it's nice to not be sniffing and unable to breathe through my nose all day. I notice when it starts to wear off because I start to get stuffy again. I'll try to update this as I start to use it for a lengthened period of time. Sometimes these types of products work well for a few weeks but then it goes right back to the normal chronic sinusitis. Definitely worth trying! Packaging was nice, came fast, all natural. Really love it!

I've been suffering from allergies (indoor and seasonal) for at least 15 years (since I was a teenager.) I normally take a prescription Flonase everyday but within the past two years my allergies have been beyond terrible to the point of severe sinus pressure headaches and chronic sinusitis. I started taking loratadine (claritan) everyday on top of the Flonase which helped a little but not enough. I began to suspect I was suffering from mold exposure so I did some research and found citrus seed extract was supposed to help kill mold spores. So I found this (which is far more affordable than the original nasal spray I was considering) and have been using it consistently along with the Flonase. (It can actually be used 3 times daily whereas I should only take my Flonase once a day since its a steroid but this is natural) It does usually sting a bit at first but it is so worth it, to me it's evidence of it working. It actually seems to work better than my Flonase, at least it works quicker and actually helps the sinus pressure a lot. I prefer the sting of this over the pain of sinus pressure any day. I also have post-nasal drip and as soon as I use this it really breaks up the congestion clearing up both my nose and throat. I haven't stopped the other remedies, I also still use a neti pot and even have air purifiers, but this will continue to be a big part of my arsenal against allergies.

I bought this along with the concentrate of drops to put your drink. I have to say it has helped my nose. I wake up every morning to sneezing, and running nose for about 2 hours. With this product I still sneeze and havea runny nose, but it is way shorter of a time. 30 minutes instead. I haven't been able to smell for years. With this product i get wiffs of stuff. I could actually smell my husbands cologne.My one complaint I have is that it burns when I spray it in my nose. It is brief, but if your sensitive, it may not work for you.

This spray work really well, it just might give you a little spicy puff. Totally worth the few seconds of 🔥

This stuff is amazing!!!! I just wish I knew about it earlier. I've been using this for 3 years and in this time I have not had ANY sinus infections or needed to use any antibiotics. Before this, every winter I would get many sinus infections that turned into bronchitis that sometimes turned into pneumonia... and this is EVERY year for almost 20 years! Several times I would go through so many antibiotics and kept getting other sicknesses since the antibiotics would break down my immune system allowing me to catch yet another virus. This stuff REALLY works. It does sting a little so I use a few sprays of Ocean Saline (the best) in each nostril before, then follow up with 2-3 sprays of this in each nostril. I will also sometimes get a little headache right after but it is WAY worth it. I also use this if I ever get a little tickle in my throat as a straight shot into the throat and let it drip down. Please also make sure that after using this, be prepared for spitting everything out that starts draining (sorry for the gory details) and I wouldn't recommend doing this right before you go to bed, right as your leaving the house, or right before you eat (if you know what I mean). HIGHLY recommend!!

Works ok, but not as helpful to me as some suggested. It is a nice "moisturizer" of sorts, but it tastes sweet running down the back of the throat and I'm not sure I really want to be spraying glycerine up my nose. Would be nice if it was aloe or something better.

I used to have a sinus infection every year. Now when my allergies start up, I use this to keep the sinuses happy. GSE products are amazing!

Vielen Dank für das tole Produkt!!! Ich war vom Nasenspray abhängig seit Jahren benutzte ich vom Rathiopharm mehrmals am Tag und konnte die Nase nicht abgewöhnen. Durch NasalSpray Gräpfruitextrakt habe ich nach einer woche erst 1 Nasenloch Abgewöhnen können, benutze es weiterhin mehrere wochen bis sich die Schleimhäute normalisieren dann das andere Nasenloch. ich hatte schon zich Sprays ausprobiert, keine waren so effektiv wie dieses. Allen Gute Besserung.

After seeing the other review I had to write one to balance it out! I have been suffering with chronic sinusitis for aroun 8 years. I have had surgery - it didn't help. I get very ill around every 6 weeks and wake up permanently horrible in the sinuses. UNTIL I met this bad boy. Third bottle now and I LOVE it. I havn't been ill since I started. On a day to day basis my sinuses are much much better. If I were to get infected like I usually do i am sure this reduces it. It burns when you spray it but I kind of like the feeling of something actually "working". It's natural, so it's safe to keep using. Seriously I have tried steroid sprays, surgery, a million different tablets, horseradish, hot drinks, spicey food, steaming and the list goes on. Finally I am in more control. I use a combo of irrigation with salt water, this spray and nose strips at night (traditionally meant for snoring but it keeps my nasal passage flowing freely with air).
