Can the power from the wired doorbell also power the keypad or does it still need an external power supply?

Dear my friend yes, it need power supply control, thanks

What can i connect to bell- and bell+? how? Thanks

The bell + and bell - are normally open contacts that can be used to replace the hardwired doorbell button if you wish. You just run the two wires from where the old button was to these connections. This may not be applicable in all installations. I am using mine to lock a gate and use the combination part to unlock. The fobs work extremely well and I am very satisfied.

Does this allow for an online tracking system to know who entered and when?

Dear my friend, this bell does not support that, thanks
