Utter Waste of money..its loaded with acidic sourness.. Just can't eat it.. Got heart burn & crepitus in stomach soon after eating just 1 small piece.. As can't imagine eating full piece.. Never buy it.Amazon,please check quality of products before selling,customers are being fooled with such products.utter waste of money & health too..instructions on box are also misleading,handvo just stuck to nonstick pan even after following instructions 100% correctly. Highly disappointed.. I wish I had never bought this product..
