No talking or added features. Also my 3 year old pulled the horns off the first day. We had to super glue them back on.

Is this action figure waterproof?

It is not a toy that is made to be in the water all the time like bath toys or pool toys. But, my son plays with his in the tub every once in a while and it doesn't hurt them. I always make sure to get them out right away and dry them off just to be safe. He has a large number of the collection and they have ALL held up very well for the amount of play/use they get.
