GENUINE Electrolux 137440406 Dispenser Drawer

I was so excited to find this replacement piece online. I broke my original one when I took it out to clean it. It slipped out of my hands and shattered. I did a search online and was amazed the Amazon had it. I was back in business in 2 days.

Worked as needed. Replaced the original perfectly.

Part could not be more perfect, unless it was cherry red of course. Otherwise, no more duct tape and loose screw holes to contend with for the soap dispenser!

The image for the drawer shows the wheel drawer glides, but they are not included. For as much as you pay, they should provide them as well. Make sure you keep your old drawer so you can install the wheels on the new drawer. Like many others all I needed was the latch that keeps the drawer closed, but I couldn't find where to purchase that. While the replacement drawer fit my appliance well, I was disappointed to see that the latch on the new drawer appears to be more fragile than the one on the old drawer. Because of the high cost of this drawer, if this latch breaks I'm going with the tried and true backup - DUCT tape. It worked quite well until I received the new drawer, plus it is much cheaper, more reliable and comes in a multitude of colors. I kind of wished I went that route instead. Consider duct tape as a viable option.

Perfect fit and function. Too expensive, but really had no choice.

Worked well and an exact replacement. One note though, don't throw the old dispenser drawer out until you remove the guide wheel assemblies on the sides. The new unit does not have the wheel assemblies. Easy to change over.
