Are these easy to clean?

Don’t really need to clean them. Every now and then I throw them in the sink with some dawn dish detergent.

What is the diameter of the applicator surface?

It’s about 5 inch in diameter

Does this work for mud tires?

These applicators work for any tire.

Can I machine wash tire shine applicators on delicate?

I wouldn't recommend it. Wash separately in a sink with warm water and dish soap.
