How do you replace the lead in the pencil? I have not been able to find an answer.

Unscrew the main, heavy part of the pen. Exposing the 4 colors and metal pencil. Depress the pencil so that the pencil is the longest. Top Pat of the pencil slides off place lead in and cover. Depress lead till lead is at desired length. Replace main cover.

So I'm seeing color descriptions that don't match the display photo...which do I go by?

I have that exact pen along with others and the color on the screen is the color of the pen. You have to take in consideration the lighting when the photos are taken as well. The item may look lighter or darker in color.

Where can i get new earasers and ink?

You can usually find them on Amazon. There are also specialty retailers for Japanese pens that stock everything.

Is this a considered as gel pen?

No, this is not a gel pen. It's a very fine point pen.
