what are the ingredients?

I use EZ-Sweetz because Saccharin is the only artificial sweetener shown not to cause cancer. However, I know all of the artificial sweeteners have risks . I also use a monk fruit sweetener occasionally.

Can ez sweeter be used for baking will it still give the same flavor if i used it in baking or it would lose some of its sweetness¿
