what are the ingredients?

I use EZ-Sweetz because Saccharin is the only artificial sweetener shown not to cause cancer. However, I know all of the artificial sweeteners have risks . I also use a monk fruit sweetener occasionally.

Can ez sweeter be used for baking will it still give the same flavor if i used it in baking or it would lose some of its sweetness¿

Yes. This product is heat stable and can maintain the sweet taste up to 250C - 280C.

What is the concentration of sodium saccharin in mg/ml?

Each tablet contains 32.4 mg of sodium saccharin which is equivalent to 24.6 mg of pure saccharin.

What are the ingredients? It must have water & saccharine; what else please?

All ingredients are listed on the packaging. There are some preservatives to maintain the sweetener freshness in water. For your comparison, the total amount of preservatives in a bottle will be less than the preservatives used in one sausage. Therefore, the preservatives amount in each serving is tiny but it is important to ensure the product freshness.
