Not difficult to do qualities is great suitable for beginners appearance is pretty when finished all accessories included, a bit pricey, but they were really fun to do and they make a nice homemade gift for someone else. Zipper works great.

Somewhat disappointed
We were rather disappointed with the pencil cases. After my granddaughter performed the latch hook, the zipper pulled away from the canvas. I was able to repair with a sewing machine but was rather disappointed in the quality.

Awesome creative gift especially around age of 8 but younger kids can do it too!
Hours of fun for the 5 and 8 year olds but it requires a lot of patience. I didn't know how long it would take to make this, especially for the 5yo so I would recommend this product for a kid who's like 8 and maybe something smaller sized for someone who's 5. She really loved doing it even if she was a little slower. Her hands are tinier so it's slightly more challenging haha.
