With my "flat feet", I have a tendency to overpronation, causing undue stress on my lumbar region. None of the so-called "orthotic" soles do much for me as they simply collapse under weight, providing little arch support. Only the hard plastic ones do the job but some really need to be custom made or will cause pain.This pair seems to have hard plastic coated with a fabric. It has some "bounce", but the arch support remains in effect. It would be perfect if the height of the arch were even larger. Nonetheless, it does feel instantly comfortable, even if you may have to use a shoe size larger than in the past.

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis heel pain for 2 months now. I tried other inserts and they didn't do anything. Today the these inserts were delivered. Put them in my shoes, stepped in my shoes and..... NO PAIN!!!! It's as if my ankle is aligned or the arch is supported. I don't know what happened but the pain is gone. The inserts are hard and durable which I assume offer more arch support unlike the soft inserts which did nothing. Whatever the reason is I'm ordering more pairs for all my other shoes!!! This product made my day by making my pain go away! And to thik I almost spent $1000 on custom orthotics.

Purchased this for plantar fasciitis, as recommended by my Podiatrist. The 3/4 length is mostly comfortable and fits best in athletic or "athleisure" type shoes. It is a very firm support which might take a little getting used to, but has definitely helped my foot pain.

Ok, I buy a lot of these silly things, and I have made some conclusions.First, I thought this type would be too stiff under my heels. Not the case. The stiff actually works with what is already in your shoes and does not both at all (I am on my feet a LOT during an average day)Second (most important) do not buy the ones that have to be "trimmed" to fit your shoes. This is important because A: Not all shoes are the same (duh) and B: Sometimes you have to decide whether to remove the insole that came with your shoes to install a new set, only to find they are too think ( this happens with running shoes for me) and the laces feel all screwed up. The half size solves all of that and you can move them from shoe to shoe without issues.

Unfortunately these were too thick and my heels wouldn't stay in my shoes with these inserts in place. In my job I spend a LOT of time on my feet and have to be ready to sprint at any moment, so I can't have my shoes falling off. Bummed because I think they would have been very supportive.

OMGosh. They work. After mowing the front and back lawns, my right for was in too much pain.My shipment arrived and I slipped these in my house shoes, and voila. Instant support. Ordering another pair for my yard shoes.

Extremely well made and durable. Excellent high arch, I get the feeling it will last a long time. Had it for 3 weeks and no signs of wear so far.

While these feel ok in the arch, the heel elevates my heel and makes my heel slip and come out of my running shoe with each step. Tried it for less than 60 seconds and knew it was an automatic NOPE.

Helps me test whether custom orthotics should be pursued or not for myself.
