Hi, I only have 1 can left to give info on. I know each has 5 servings. Beef stew info: five 1/3 cup servings, 3.5g total fat, 1.5 sat fat, 0 trans fat, 15 mg cholesterol, 390 mg sodium, 7 total carbs, 1 g fiber, 1 g sugar and 7 g protein. My dad has dysphagia and as a full-time caregiver blending all foods and thickening all liquids to adds so much time and effort to the day. These cans of food to supplement has been a great help and he likes all of them. Also likes the French Toast puree and the mixed berries. French toast: 4.5g fat, 2 sat, 0 trans, 25 mg chol, sodium 170 mg, total carbs 13g, fiber 0, sugars 5g added 4g and 2g protein.

Q: How many calories are in a 1/3 cup serving?

I'm not sure, to be honest calories was not may major concern. I'm taking care of my 102 yr old great aunt she needs all the calories she can get at this point in her life. Hope this helps, remain safe and covid free.

Yes. Broccoli, green beans, peas&carrots, spinach, & sweet corn.
