Worked perfectly
These blades worked perfectly cutting 1/8 inch plexiglass sheets. I had no problem using them with my Wen 33606 at speed 3, orbital 3. No issues with the fit, they held strong.

Very impressed
Just got finished cutting a 9" circle in 1/8" thick acrylic mirror and it was perfect. Used a medium speed right off the bat (with zero orbital setting). Didn't use anything to sandwich the plastic, went nice and slow, and to be honest I didn't think a blade can go through plastic like that without melting. No chipping either. If fit slightly tight in my Milwaukee saber saw chuck, but it's better to be a little tight than loose in the slot. Glad they come in a 3-pack. Worth every penny, for me anyway.

Smooth cut on 1/4” plexiglass
This cut quarter inch plexiglass well. I found that a smoother cut occurred at a higher reciprocation speed. Required very little sanding.

I am so happy I purchased these before cutting a large piece of plexi. The blades cut through the plexi like butter. They got a little hot but did not melt the acrylic. I will be using these for any plexi/acrylic I need to cut.

I used it to cut ABS sheets and did a perfect clean cut.Trick is clamping down the sheet.Set the jig saw to a medium speed so you dont melt the surface and do not rush the cut.I put some masking tape down just in case of tear outs.Never happen.Overall a quality Bosch product.

I just used the blades to make straight cuts on 1/8" thick plexiglass and it worked like a charm. The cut was pretty clean and would only need a light sanding if I wanted a smooth finish. It was slow going, but these blades are designed to be used on a jigsaw, not a bandsaw so I had to adjust how hard I pushed the jigsaw as it cut through the sheet. I haven't tried cutting anything thicker, but I suspect it would be even slower so patience is required. However I was able to cut large radius curves. Overall I'm pretty happy with the results.

Before getting this I tried the metal blade method for the plexiglass and it got too hot and left a hot mess. Then I decided to get this plexiglass blade with this specific edge and I should have done so from the start! This made clean cuts and did not heat up! Have I done this I wouldn’t have damage my plexiglass :( I would totally recommend!!! Don’t try to save a few dollars by using the metal blade, just get this and you’ll have a better and effortless time!! This was from my experience using the master craft motor hand saw on a giant piece of plexiglass.

Too much vibration when cutting, buy T101A instead
