Looks good, fits well, sturdy belt clip that swivels, so it can be worn either vertical or horizontal.However, there were no instructions and it was not clear how to take it apart to get my phone in. I had to look up a YouTube video to do it. It was rather difficult to take apart the first time, but it's gotten easier now to take apart and put it back together. I have to take it out of the case at work, as I wear scrubs and it's too heavy with the case and belt clip (it would be really embarrassing to have my pants fall down while seeing patients), and it does not fit in the pocket with the case on.

I have bought several Encased products over the years and have found them to be of good value and well made. Thus when I got a new iPhone12 Pro I immediately went to get an Encased product. This was my first time buying a Ballistic Shield Case however.When it first arrived I was skeptical that I would keep it, it is a significant case - but not so much that it looked like a tank but certainly much heavier that I have had in the past. I did like the grip of it, and I liked how it really protects the edge of glass. The look is not overly commando just more significant and mostly black with some design to it.I have had it for several weeks now and I'm glad I tried it. I'm not one to drop my phone but I did drop this one. No damage - not even to the case.For me this is a good balance between a significant case that will offer a high degree of protection without looking like a battlefield case. I'm very happy with it. So try it a while before you make up your mind, I'm glad I did!

I just got my case and overall I think it’s great! It seems to be very sturdy and durable...the color also seems to match the pictures. I love that it has a rugged look to it too. The case definitely hugs and secures my phone. I can be pretty clumsy with my phone and I feel pretty confident that my phone won’t get damaged if I were to drop it. The case has bumpers on each corner which seem to be great shock absorbers and the case also has a raised “lip” all around. All of these features are all great for me. The reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because it was a bit hard to separate the two pieces (front and back of case) but like I said, overall it’s a great case and I recommend getting it if you’re looking for an affordable, sturdy, durable, rugged phone case that really protects and secures your phone.

This is a very sturdy case and I would have trusted my iPhone in it, like my otter box defenders, however, it did not work with my tempered glass screen cover. We tried two different brands of screen covers and the case caused both to bubble. We returned because of it.

Satisfied case is awesome the case is for the iPhone 12 and 12 pro and not the 12!pro max. you can leave your regular screen protector on because this case comes with one and yes you can leave them both on together it does not affect the screen or the sensitivity on the screen with that being said it is a very tough case if you do not like bulkiness do not buy the case.

Great case and holster. I was bummed it was not available when I got my iPhone 12 so I purchased an otterbox. I much prefer the vertical holster on this.

Excellent protection! Case is a mix of hard plastic and hard rubber. Very easy to hold and doesn’t slip. The holster is great and will fit in molle webbing. Great product for price.
