So easy, so fast!! I literally throw this into my shaker and add a plant based milk, shake, and refrigerate. And then voila, in the morning I grab this out of the refrigerator and sip through a wide straw. This one is my favorite 'pack', with the best flavors. Delicious. Perfect for commuting into work and for an easy, quick, delicious, healthy breakfast. You could easily add fruit to it, and can make it thicker or thinner based on your preference for consistency.

I was shopping for an alternative to Brave, the much more expensive overnight oats, and landed on this. There is a reason why this one is cheaper. Firstly, you get less. The size of these packets are 65-70g, whereas the more expensive ones are 100g or more. The other difference is the size of oat flakes, which are cut finer and smaller. That results in your meal being mushy and less appealing. It also results in the oats being much more readily digested by your system, which typically means a bigger sugar spike and subsequent crash. These Oats Overnight have more of a consistency of Protein Powder, it's kinda creamy. I prefer the added texture of bigger, crunchier flakes. I've tried 3 of the flavors so far and the best I can come up with is: meh! I am trying to have overnight oats 5 times a week and since I've gotten this brand, twice I've "forgotten" to make it the night before. Freud would say that I'm probably not looking forward to eating this mush every day. I've rounded up the rating to 4 because it's an okay product. Good-ish ingredient, okay flavors, okay size, great packaging. For me, it's more of 3 star product, but in general, it's good not great.

It’s big, it’s bold, and it’s definitely not a "quickie" you'll regret.

I ended up purchasing this on a whim after seeing ads for it and being hungry at 2 am. Figure I'll get this out of the way now, but when I ordered this the estimated date of delivery was said to be in 25 days and while it did come in 19 days, I had considered just outright cancelling my order. In the end I just decided to at least give it a try when it got here so I could give my honest opinion of the product to see if it was worth waiting that long for it to arrive. Taste wise I enjoyed most of the flavors included in this pack. Mocha Dream is the one that appealed to me the most since it didn't have any extra bits I felt took away from the oats and tasted as good as I was expecting. My least favorite would have to be the Blueberry Cobbler. Just my personal preference since blueberries aren't really my thing, but the texture of the blueberries and oats combined I did not like as opposed to some of the other fruit ones where it felt like the fruits didn't overpower the oats and vice versa which tasted pretty good. Instructions on how to prep are pretty easy and clear at least since the cup comes with the specified measurement of milk or milk substitute you should add, so overall I'd rate this around 7.5/10. Since this site only allows ratings out of 5* however, I'll lower it to 3/5 because while I did enjoy the product overall, some of the flavors just being okay did not warrant about 3 weeks of waiting.

It’s not the best tasting oatmeal I’ve had but it’s supposed to be healthy if tastes good it probably has artificial flavors and this product is not that. It’s super filling I got energy and I fell full for about 5 hours. I read a lot of reviews about people trying to compare it to Quaker first you tried because you know this is a way better option because if it was so good you would never try it in the first place and when you compare ingredients it’s not even fair this product is a lot better for you. Yes it doesn’t take like regular otatmeal but this is not regular oatmeal. The last thing is the price you are paying for convenience of you thought it was expensive you saw the price before you bought it so why complain about after you paid for it. They won’t take it back give it to friend or donate to a pantry it’s supposed to be healthy so what did you expect. Review # 2 When I made the review I had only flavor and it blueberry cobbler. After I did things a little different and had made a world of difference. First I go pass the fill line to 300 ml of milk and I vigorously shake it, but I tried to shake as many times as I can and that has made everything taste so much better. Mocha dream is amazing peanut butter banana is amazing apple cinnamon is amazing. Imo if you didn’t like the texture this way is a little easier to drink. I was going to try another meal replacement but I’m sticking with this one.

These are super convenient but the flavoring and consistency wasn’t for me. Gloopy cold and sweet is how I’d describe them. Also, serving size is a bit small and unfulfilling. Protein is good.
