Missing velcro straps
Received my brace in the mail today and it is missing the Velcro straps, making it completely unusable.

This is junk, its stuff and very uncomfortable, save your money and invest in good shoes with ankle support

Sadly broke and unuseful
So sorry - brace broke apart under mild normal walking. It is unrepairable. Will try to post a photo - both braces broke in the same part.
