These are perfect for traveling! This brand of fiber is so awesome! It's not gritty and it doesn't taste bad at all. Mix is great and does not clump.

As my title says, they work, but there’s cheaper options with the same benefits. It’s not a pleasant taste no matter how you try to ingest it. In oatmeal, it becomes too much like jelly. I usually add it in water, pinch my nose and drink fast, lol. Otherwise I guess it is nice to have packets for convenience sake.

Konsyl was recommended by my nutritionist and I see why. It's been very effective for me, mixes easily with water (as far as psyllium goes) and I like the taste. All I do is fill an empty jar with a cup of water, pour in the packet, screw on the lid, shake for a few seconds, and then down the hatch. Easy peasy. Konsyl is more expensive than some other brands, and I figured, psyllium is psyllium, so when I needed a refill, I went ahead a bought a cheaper brand. I found that brand does not mix nearly as easily. Even when I used a stick blender, it does not mix as well as the Konsyl does by hand. I believe the difference is that the Konsyl is more finely ground. I'll be resuming using Konsyl from here on out, probably switching to a bulk package to reduce the amount of waste. Unfortunately, the bulk Konsyl only comes unflavored, so I'll have to experiment with adding my own flavoring.

Only used one package and it does not dissolve in water . You have to drink as soon as it hits the water or else , it feels like you’re drinking wet sand .. I’m not joking either . I would of return this item but unfortunately it can not be returned

I was excited to try this product because one serving is 5g of fiber, which is a nice addition to my daily diet. I put one packet into about 9-10 ounces of water and used my milk frother to mix it. It immediately started to settle in the bottom of the glass. After a few stir and chugs, I was able to get it down, but it was not enjoyable. The smell is a bit earthy and stale, texture a bit gritty, you can taste something but it's not really discernable just not pleasant. Overall, it's like chugging a glass of sawdust water. I might try to mix it with something besides plain water next time, but I was really hoping for a different outcome with this after reading other reviews.
