I'm a shift worker that works overnights. For the past year, I've struggled to go to sleep at a consistent time as well as sleep for a reasonable amount of time and have that sleep be restorative. It's been rough. I use black out curtains. I've tried drinking caffeine free tea. I used a mild prescription sleep aid, melatonin as well as OTC sleep aids. I've tried to go to sleep right after getting home from work. I've tried going to sleep several hours after finishing work. Nothing worked for me. I was waking up drowsy, tired, and reaching for the snooze more and more. I was finding myself taking an hour+ nap right before going to work. I even used a few call-in days (limited days usually meant for emergencies or sickness) because I was too exhausted to go to work. I've been miserable. I work a manual labor job which means I really have limited energy to do things at home whether it's chores, exercising, going out, etc. And I know exercising helps with getting good sleep but it's a chicken or the egg problem: how can you exercise when you have no energy? But you can get more energy by exercising. I couldn't do it. I took a shot on this Olly sleep aid. I did a little bit of research and found that this was a promising supplement. At worst it was an expensive placebo, at best, it is an effective sleep aid. It really works well for me. I'm amazed by it. Maybe it's a combination of placebo and sleep aid. I use it in conjunction with Progressive laboratories Twilight Time. I take one for each. Within an hour of taking the two pills, I am starting to fall asleep. Prior to taking these supplements, i would spend hours lying in bed waiting to fall asleep. Or i would get up, watch TV, eat, whatever. Maybe get 3 hours of sleep. I'm getting at least 6 hours every night (your morning/afternoon). And unbelievably, I wake up rested and not drowsy. And with that, I have energy to do things before work. Prior to taking these, I would wake up and do the bare minimum and go to work. Now, I'm entertaining the idea of doing overtime. Prior to taking these, if never think of doing an extra four hours at work. I'm looking forward to exercising outside once the weather improves. I don't know what kind of voodoo magic these things are but thank god it works for me. I have half a mind to buy a load of these in case they go off the market or change their ingredients. One thing I can't comment on is whether they are habit forming or not. As far as value, they're not cheap. The other supplememt I take is about the same price so for about $30, you get two months worth if you only take one.

Love these supplements!! They feel like natures muscle relaxer. It doesn't cause an upset stomach, or any brain fog/sleepiness, has no taste or smell. It works exactly as it should. Sometimes I feel a little energized by them but mostly I feel it mellow out my mood when needed. I'm a massage therapist and some of my clients struggle greatly with guarding/relaxation/anxiety to the point that it's difficult to make the slightest movement of their limbs without them tensing up and trying to "help me" move them where I want to go but the thing is I'm trying to stretch their muscles which requires them to surrender their limbs so I can safely and effectively loosen their muscles and increase their range of motion. So, to the few that I have suggested these supplements to, they have taken them an hour before our session and I'm telling you.. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was like massaging a stretching a completely different person for each of these clients. They were fully relaxed and allowed me to do my job to maximum efficiency. Great product. I also love that it's only 4 ingredients.

These work great when you feel that extra bit of stress coming on and can’t stop to decompress. They help to allow you to refocus with out side effects

My husband and I joke that he’s now medicated having he’s started to take these lol but for real he’s almost a different person. His mood is so much better. He’s more patient and relaxed. He doesn’t get sleeping while taking these. The bottle doesn’t necessary say a max daily dose but he’s been taking only 2 a day.

i'm 27 yo and just recently got diagnosed with GAD "generalized anxiety disorder" it started with tightness in the throat, heart palpitations, feeling lightheaded and dizziness. and feeling this i ended up in the ER, they did ekgs, labs and imaging and everything came back normal. i did a follow up with my PCP and got diagnosed. afterwards the symptoms kind of worsened like trouble falling/staying asleep to the point where i missing work and overthinking the worse and dwelling on it until i started crying. there's also been times where i would wake up and already feel stressed and anxious and my whole day would be based on that. i even started seeing a therapist and was also told that i have anxiety and to look/search ways to ease up on the symptoms. so i decided to search for some supplements in the meantime just to at least feel a little relief. I ran into these and of course read the reviews and thought i give them a try. I had these for a week and took them twice so far (take when needed) and just felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. felt so calmed and relaxed and even slept better within those 2 times i took it. for me it took about 30 mins to kick in and i feel like it last most of the day. you can take the supplements whenever. the pills are small and very easy to swallow. Overall, I recommend and will continue to buy these!

The packaging of this product is horrible! The lid is in 2 parts and the top main portion has a tiny little tab making it next to impossible to open. When trying to open the top, the bottom portion opens instead. While its not a deal breaker, it is very frustrating for a "stress relief" product to be so stressful to open. Why not just put it in a regular bottle? As far as the product itself... I do notice a slight reduction of stress when taking it. I feel like it works fairly well but i have only used it a few times ao far. The dificulty with the packaging has been a pretty big turn off. Its so frustrating to open that it kinda defeats the purpose of taking it in the first place. In the future I will likely seek a similar product in a more realisitc package or just a plain old normal bottle.

I am in the medical field with a high stress position. I love taking these on hard days. Non drowsy and takes the edge off

I bought these after a certain supplement company discontinued a well-loved back-to-sleep aid. These have two of the three main ingredients that were in those (although in a higher quantity, and with some extras) so I just have to add a low-dose fast-acting melatonin to get a similar effect. It’s less convenient and more expensive but I’ll have to keep taking this combination unless another company comes out with another GABA, L-Theanine, 1mg melatonin all-in-one chewable.

All the capsules were stuck together and of no use. No return allowed so they have to go in the bin. Ironically the “Goodbye Stress” supplement has caused me additional stress!
