How much time do i get on battery charge?

I use 2200 3s batteries in mine, and I get about two to two and a half hours of crawling on a single charge. I carry two batteries with me, and I’m good for all the crawling I want to do. This truck is supported by 2s and 3s batteries. 2s will be a slower speed, but more battery life. 3s will be faster speed, but less life.

do the lights come with it ?

No the vehicle does not come with light. The light buckets are there for you to insert lights in the future.

I run a 5200mah 3s, but can the stock receiver handle 7.4 volt instead of 6volt?

I've ran mine on 3800mah 3s for hours and have had no issue. I do run 2s most of the time though.
