What if the balls do not shoot out? They wont pass through the orange piece. It feels like it is going to snap.

Our experience was similar to yours. It turned out that we had placed two parts in at the wrong orientation. We had to reassemble parts of it two or three times before we got it right.

Does anyone sell replacement balls? My children have lost them all.
