These are terrific and inexpensive
These are extremely inexpensive and seem to be as good quality as more expensive versions. I used thousands of them to give insulin to my dog. No failures at all. Just make sure you get the proper diameter. As far as I’m concerned, the smaller syringes are better.

Highly recommended by a diabetic cat mom - pay attention to the numberings
The needles seem somehow much sharper than what I was previously using. I have a kitty with very tough skin and sometimes have struggled with that; but with these needles, have not had that problem! So of course, my cat tolerates the injection much better when it's quick and successful. The only issue I had with these is simply that you HAVE to pay attention to how the syringes are marked; the previous insulin syringes I was using had definitive numberings at 1, 2, 3, etc. and these are marked at 3, 6, 9. So, the first time I used the syringes I almost gave her three times her dose. Fortunately, it felt like I was drawing up way too much insulin, so then I noticed these are not numbered the same way. The lines are there for 1 unit and for half-units, but not numbered. So, that's the only thing, and really only the first time: just paying attention and you may have to count up. My cat is on 3.25 units every 12 hours currently, and it's easy to measure with these syringes once you understand how they are marked. I'm just happy that the needles are sharper or thinner - I don't know exactly what it is, I just know that they have been consistently easy to use. They do NOT slide too easily as I saw on a previous review, so this may be something the manufacturer adjusted. UPDATE: uh-oh, today with a new strip of syringes, I DID have the issue of the syringe sliding too easily, so my kitty got part of her insulin but not all of it - the rest was in her fur. Just noting that I have had this happen with one or two from another brand as well, so just be careful. You don’t notice till you’re giving it, so keep your thumb off the plunger - which you are supposed to do anyway.

Superior veterinary insulin needle-used to be
I have been a nurse for 35 years and used numerous products. I have worked for a medical device company for the last 14 years that produces a line of specialty needles, so I evaluate the quality of needles for a living. I had been using a “more popular “ brand that I would purchase from my vet. I decided to try these since I wasn’t thrilled with the others. Everything about this syringe and needle are superior. The needle is sharper-my kitty hasn’t meowed once since using them. They glide better, the markings are easier to read and have a more accurate half unit measurement line. They are very sturdy and more economical. There’s nothing I don’t like! Excellent product! Unfortunately I have found recently that the quality has declined.

Great price but flimsy needle and hard to open packs
These are decent I will continue to purchase them but keep in mind the needles bend a lot easier than better name brands and overall they feel cheap and flimsy but they do the job and I haven’t had one needle break on me yet. One other complaint is each needle is individually sealed and sometimes they are a challenge to open with the pull tabs so I need to cut the some packages open with a pair of scissors. It’s a minor inconvenience

Great for my diabetic dog
Great quality. I buy them instead of at the vets office. They are very inexpensive and great quality. I have an elderly diabetic dog and these meet my needs perfectly.

Quality Is Slipping
I've bought many boxes of this brand before. They mostly meet expectations, although I've encountered one or two syringes that were unusable because the needle seemed plugged. This latest box represents a step down in quality. A couple of the syringe needles already seem to be questionable, and the whole thing feels flimsier. I'm not quite ready to shop for a new brand, but I'm getting close...
