Superb.And wonderful value for money. Some of the large silicon pastry brushes (which comes free with it) sell more on Amazon then the basket itself.It was slightly strange that the basket lining (that comes with it), that it is suggested that it is used to cover the dough when it is proofing. Most bakers I believe would place it in the basket so the bread has a round finish if that is what is wanted.Very happy I purchased 2
