Not bad but some of the demonstrations aren’t accurate, like the the guy not actually being in a plank position when he needs to be. This might encourage bad/wrong form.Would also be helpful if there more were arrows showing certain movement directions.Not too bad though and has a lot of exercises to consider.

easy to read. a durable poster. well worth the money I paid for it.

Good chart delivered in a tube. However, when straightening some delamination occurred so poster is a bit crinkled but still usable.

I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.

My grandson age 13 has loved this. It has helped him with using his dumbbells to improve his fitness especially throughout the current Lockdown. He tries to work his way through the different exercises.

in the picture the poster is the same size as the man holding two dumbells. However, unless the man is very small, it's inaccurate. It's probably only A2 size.
