Don't know what the helicopter is, but before I was pregnant I could sink cheerio boats with ease :-P lol

How do you suggest cleaning it on the go?

It is really easy to clean. I used a bottle of water and poured it through it and over the outside. Thorough cleanings I used a drop of soap and put the Sheewee back into it's container with some water and shook it really hard after I closed it. It is water tight enough that a good agitation with a small bit of soap and water in it made a lot of suds. Then just rinse it all out with water.

how to adjust shewee ?

There are numerous videos for use on YouTube. A person should practice with this device a few times in the shower beforehand. Without proper practice, leakage could occur. Once the flow of urine has started, adjustments aren't recommended due to possible leakage with shifting.
