Works well linking my old Sony headphones to my iPhone. Good connection with no interference whatsoever.

I bought this product, hoping that it was sturdy, after wasting money on a charging/auxiliary adapter that snapped within days. This product has lasted me very well so far (a couple of months) and seems to be great quality. My phone has dropped out of my pocket while the headphones are plugged into the adapter a few times and it’s as sturdy as it would have been if it was actually plugged into my phone. I do wish that it could accommodate a charging cable at the same time (hence the 4 stars) but it does everything that you would expect it to do perfectly!! A very strong and reliable auxiliary adapter.

Good connection and good sound, I recommend this headphones adapter.

Fair quality and they do work unlike others that work for music but not for calls

As I’ve said, it works for input as well as output, unlike some. I wanted it for music-making with my iPhone and iPad. I bought a cheaper one which worked fine for listening, eg on headphone, but did not work for input, ie. microphone etc. For the vast majority of buyers that’s fine BUT for any musos, eg. iRig 2 etc. an input is vital. THIS ONE WORKED FINE! My decision was simply based on the companies track record. I’ve bought their iPhone screen protectors many times (wife - shhh!) and they are superb!

Not the greatest connection- repeatedly comes loose

First time I took my new phone to the gym, discovered I couldn’t connect my Bose headphones without a connector! Chose this one as the apple ones are so flimsy I was worried it would break quickly. This one feels strong, good solid connections, not loose so I’m not worried about it catching and breaking. Sound quality through my headphones appears unchanged which is good and I can still alter the volume using the control on my headphones (just to be clear, the adapter doesn’t come with a volume control). Came nicely packaged. I now keep it permanently connected to my headphones in their case. Price a bit higher than I would have liked but I figured you get what you pay for, hopefully I won’t need to buy a replacement any time soon!

It succeeds in performing its intended purpose- turning a Lightning port into a 3.5mm headphone jack for both audio listening and use as a telephone headset- admirably well. And so far, it hasn't broken. Have our expectation gotten so low that it gets 5 starts for simply doing exactly what it's supposed to do? This is the world we live in.

Stavo avendo molte difficoltà a trovare un adattatore che mi permettesse di sentire la musica e fare telefonate continuando ad utilizzare le mie cuffie con il filo, soprattutto per l'iPhone 12 mini, ma questo è risultato adattissimo. Il suono è forte e limpido, parlo tutti i giorni al telefono e ci ascolto canzoni senza problemi, non intacca per nulla l'audio, anzi. La lunghezza non è eccessiva, non concordo con chi dice che sia troppo lungo o pesante, a mio parere è solo meglio avere qualche cm in più per le cuffie e non doverci fare troppa attenzione. Purtroppo non è possibile ricaricare il telefono mentre le cuffie sono attaccate(mannaggia alla Apple), e il prezzo sembra essere un po' più alto rispetto ad altri adattatori su amazon, ma finora questa è la migliore opzione disponibile e la più sicura.
