Safe and easy to use. My cats really like it. We have 3 cats with fine, short hair, very soft. One of them has been having hairballs lately. Bought this to try and get some of the undercoat off, since our normal brush wasn’t doing well. It worked SO well. Within one brush session, I had a whole handful of fur.

This brush is exactly the same as the rest of the similarly colored, similarly photoed, and similarly named brushes, so get the one from whatever brand is selling it cheapest at the time.It is not as good as the brand-name Furminator, but is very close and works great on dogs (short haired for me) and cats (two different style hair). It seems to remove a fair bit of undercoat, is really easy to clean Works on thick dog hair and thinner coated cat hair. Comfortable to hold in your hand and easy to use.While the Furminator is superior given the amount of hair it removes stroke by stroke compared to this one, for a more budget friendly option, this is great.Again, this same picture is posted and being sold under a whole host of other "brand names". They are the same. Purchase the cheapest one as it is exactly the same is this one by "Miu Color".

Wow, this gets so much of my cat's fur out. She's short haired, but it's thick like a husky's. I keep brushing and brushing and she becomes so soft! I think she prefers this brush too, since she doesn't try to run away as much.After I bought it, I did do some research into these brushes and found out that unlike regular brushes, you *can* overbrush with this because it removes the undercoat. If you brush too much, you can cause razor burns or even split their thin skin! Once you thin out the undercoat, if you keep brushing, it’ll start damaging their top coat and can cause bald spots.This is the off brand version of the Furminator, which does tell you how long and often you should brush with it. It also comes with a warning that the brush doesn't damage the topcoat or cut skin *when used as directed*.But this brush doesn't include any sort of warning or information on that, causing most people to assume you can use it like a normal brush.**So generally limit brushing to once or twice a week, for 10-20 minutes at a time!!**

This thing is amazing. I pretty much got another cat’s worth of hair off my cat which means less in her belly and less all over my house. She seemed to like it as well. Worked awesome on my dog as well. Definitely recommend!

This thing is good quality works great! I found it works best with short repetive strokes rather than long continuous strokes. Yes you have to clean it out a lot but it's worth it! My cats actually enjoyed having this used on them. **Do be careful to avoid areas with wiskers. I lightly ran it over my cats head (because he likes it when I brush it) but the teeth on this accidently pulled out three of his wiskers above his eyes. The picture shows how much loose fur and undercoat was removed after the first use (5-10 mins of using). I definitely recommend this product. In case anyone is wondering what little brown pieces are shown in the picture, they are from his cardboard scratcher that he just got done rolling on).

Got this for my cat and she thought I was trying to murder her. It feels heavy so it gives the feel of a good quality brush. The handle is easy to grasp and pretty comfortable. Didn't have much luck with hair removal for my cat but it worked well for my dog. Helped untangle his mane and help with shedding pretty well, was prone to getting a little stuck in his thick locks though so be gentle and patient.The brush itself doesn't hold onto alot of hair so you gotta clean the hair off of it pretty often during a brushing session which was a bit annoying.

So far so good! I have an English Springer Spaniel and although he honestly doesn’t shed a ton but sometimes when we are petting him there is a lot of hair coming off. I didn’t want to spend a lot on the name brand so tried this one out and after about 5-10 minutes of brushing we’ve got quite a pile going.Easy to use, efficient and budget friendly.

Use this on our cat to get rid of her excess fur. She loves getting brushed with it.

My short hair cat loves this. She is a bit chunky so the metal doesnt bother her. My other cat is long hair and skinny and she doesnt like this one, I think it kinda hurts her bones. If your cat is chunky, they'll love it.

Poorly and cheaply made item, the button fell off straight away when I went to attach the comb to the handle :/ didn’t even have time to test it on the dog!
