It is true spicy sauce

I started off with Tabasco which is about 6k, then Pain is good which is 10k and now this one to work my way up. On chicken wings I rubbed a very small amount about 3 drops all over and it starts off pretty hot and then gives you a nice bit of tangy sweetness. I really enjoyed this sauce! The heat is intense and got me sweating a bit but it’s not overwhelming to the point that you’re uncomfortable. If you’re looking to step it up on the heat level with your sauces I recommend this one. Next batch I’m going to throw a few dabs into the bbq sauce to give it a good kick.

I wish I could comment more on the taste of this sauce, but I just burned my taste buds off. My eyes are watering and nose is running. This stuff is HOT. Funny thing is that there are much hotter sauces on the market, but I don't know why. Some sauces have a heat scale rating as high as 16 million. Endorphin Rush only comes in around 33 thousand and I mean to tell you it is HOT. For reference it's considered to be about 16 times hotter than Tabasco. I'm going to try to cut it with some type of sauce so I can enjoy the flavor more...

This is a very complex hot sauce that packs a punch and triggers your endorphins. A little goes a very long way and accentuates any protein you choose to put it on. Combined with other pantry items, you can create an excellent marinade, or a heat packed compound sauce.

My family of hot heads loves this hot sauce. It's a straight ahead heat source without any specific flavors that stand out. This lack of fruit or other specific flavor let's it do it's thing with whatever you happen to be eating. Be advised, it's plenty hot. We are on our 10th bottle.

One of the best hot sauce out there. It's great on anything and it can open your sinuses but on a good way.

First time I had this hot sauce is 20 years ago. I buy it every now and then I think it’s great tasting. It’s hot! but not too hot for me.
