So Promising... But Not Quite
First I want to say these knives are incredibly sharp and beautifully designed. They slice through steak like butter. Just perfect buuuuut, weโve had them just under a month and theyโre already rusting. This is so disappointing because these knives were so promising. Weโve been looking for replacement knives for a cheaper set and, alas, these are not it.

Awesome knives. Family favorites. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
Great knifes. Had 2 steak knifes for several years. Good steel The beautiful Packwood handles will eventually split and become unglued after repeat very hot water and dishwasher exposure. Recommend hand washing. I bought 4 more. I also have BigSunny cleaver, and long straight knife, and long curved knife. I get lots of compliments on all the BigSunny knifes.

Nice looking but donโt hold an edge
Very nice looking and match my other knives. Major problem is they donโt keep an edge and have to be re sharpened after every couple of uses. Will be looking for replacement steak knives

Have had these for a few months now and they are junk. They rust easily. The wood is changing color. Not a quality product.
