My acupuncturist suggested these for hot flashes. I have used them for about 20 years now. No more hot flashes. I was also told that it also helps kidney function. These little round balls are great! Have almost a hint of licorice aftertaste. They give you a small sense of energy and focus without feeling jittery or getting a headache. I buy them all the time!

Even though the taste of the powder version is unpleasant, taking it in water three times a day gave the results I wanted. I don’t think these tablets are as effective for me, so I’ll go back to powder

I thought it would either give me some energy or help relieve hot flashes possibly. I've taken a third of the bottle and am still waiting to see some results, hopefully. Edit: Well I never got any results, what a waste of money.

I have been taking this herbal supplement for weeks. It gives me more energy. Meanwhile I feel my immune system is stronger than before. I really like this product!
