it’s almond flour
Worked great in my lactation cookie recipe. I like the taste and quality of this almond flour.

Blanched Almond nut flour - a true treat
This is very good quality Almond nut flour - made from blanched almonds. Mostly used for baking. However I used it medicinally for my vision. Equal quantities of Almond nut flour, powdered fennel seeds, and rock candy or as known in India as Dhaga Misri powder, mixed with about a teaspoon of ground black pepper kept in a jar and taken with a little warm milk or water at bedtime greatly improves the vision. But in all cases, this is a highly recommended item and well worth the money as it is not easy to make yourself. I give it full points.

great low carb flour
I bought this almond flour by necessity due to becoming pre diabetic and needing to make some changes. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked to substitute my all purpose flour for this almond flour to keep my carbs extremely low! I made a Greek yogurt bread with it and could not believe the amazing texture it gave my bread! I thought I was never going to be able to enjoy bread again. I was so happy to be wrong! Great flour to work into my diet changes!

Read the label carefully!!!
The positive of this flour is that it works really well in the recipes I’ve tried it in. It was recommended on a GF blog so I was excited to try it. I couldn’t figure out why I was reacting to it though and I went back to read the label again. It’s “naturally gluten free” not certified. It’s also processed in a facility that processes wheat. If you don’t need to worry about that then this is a great flour substitute. I made protein bagels and a batch of cookies with it and they were so tasty!

Not what I thought it was
My mistake, as this is not all almond flour and that is what I thought I was buying. Read the labels every time!! I'm using it for other baking than what I needed so it won't go to waste.
