Does this output in stereo or mono

I have no problem with it...there is a mono/stereo switch on each channel and as long as your input and output cables are stereo, it should work fine.

Will this be able to have audio from a laptop, tv and monitors convert down to a single audio output, for example a pair of headphones?

Yes, this Mini Audio Mixer can convert audio from laptops, TVs and monitors into a single audio output.

Could you plug a headphone amplifier into the output?

Yes easily. Providing your headphone amp has a line level input (no reason it shouldn’t) this will drive it fine. This is an active mixer so the output at least in theory has the ability to be greater than the input. So anything you would normally plug into your headphone amp can now go through the mixer and into the amp.

Moukey said ”The gain value is set according to the mixer, so it cannot be compared with the mixer.” what does this mean?

Moukey sound mixer cannot be compared with the complete AUDIO MIXER because their gain values are much different.
