I ordered these around 6 months postpartum because I liked the healthier ingredients. I noticed it did help me feel more energized and helped with my bruising due to getting the extra vitamins. However it did not help with my milk supply. It’s a bigger pill but easy to swallow. Does smell and tasty funky so take it quick lol. I am now a year postpartum and done breastfeeding and have switched to their regular women’s vitamins and love those also. Overall a great vitamin.

I love these mega food postnatal vitamins. They help with milk supply and it’s a source of good nutrients that you would miss out through the day. It’s been a good addition in my daily routine after having my fifth baby it helps me a lot helps me stay energized and just to know that both baby and I are receiving all the vitamins that we need makes my mood very pleased

I can tolerate taking this so well! Doesn’t have a bad aftertaste like most vitamins, doesn’t upset my stomach even without a meal, my hair has grown so thick and long everyone around me has noticed. The size of the pill is large, as most are but it’s manageable. I would definitely recommend this postnatal over any other.

I like these! I’ve not struggled at all with lack of energy or mood swings and I’m 4 month postpartum. Great ingredients for a great price! They do smell like Guinea pig food but just hold your breath and swallow it it’s fine. A little on the bigger side but again great ingredients worth it!

I have used them since I had my baby early September. Never had any issues with breast milk production. They are bigger sized chalky pills, so I only swallow one at a time as they are a little difficult for me to get down. I take it everyday since my baby was born. My body condition is great and my emotion is stable. Cannot tell it’s all because of this product, however, I’m sure it helped. I will keep taking until I’m done with breastfeeding

So far, it’s good. The taste is a little bit sour, but acceptable.

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
