It works in some places
I havent noticed much outside a slight weight gain but that was a given to happen at first due to calories nd fat in it. I most certainly noticed a lower appetite or the "FEED ME" time frames lol. I can make it to noon most days. I wake at 2-230am work at 4am get home anywhere from 8-10am. So the movement usually kills my bfast within the first 2 hrs of work. With this that doesnt happen. Glad to of come across this. Will be adding more home excercises to try removing my fat now that im accustomed. Do b careful not to take this on a empty stomach. Def shoot thru you👀🤦🏾♀️

I feel a difference
I have noticed my waist is leaner. And I feel like my workouts are showing more results in my muscle tone.

Not bad. Not great. I didn’t notice a difference so I’m on the fence. I’m also not sensitive to many products.
