Adore Semi Permanent Hair Color, 198 Powder Blue, 4 Fl Oz (2 Pack)

The first time I tried this hair color, it turned out more teal than expected.. though I figured that might happen since I had only lifted my hair to about a level 7. On my second attempt, I was able to lift it to a level 8 and finally achieved the color shown in the photos. Yes, the color in the bottle looks purple, but as long as your hair is light enough, not gray (gray doesn’t absorb color the same way), and not overly damaged, it should turn out beautifully. Just follow the instructions and trust the process. Note: only the money pieces in the front were done with this hair color.

I love this brand of hair dye! I diluted mine with some cheap conditioner and applied it on dry bleached hair. I do find that if I use this dye alone it’s a bit drying. As for longevity it’s comparable to most semi permanent dyes but for half the price!

I'm really glad this hair color didn't cost too much because IT DIDN'T COLOR MY HAIR, IT DIDN'T STAIN MY HAIR OR ANYTHING ELSE, IT DOES NOT WORK!!! This product is VEGAN so that should have been my 1st clue that it wouldn't work, VEGAN is plant based, right?? Well I don't know anyone, myself included, that has selected a plant front their yard, rubbed it all over their hair then let it sit on their head for 15 or 20 minutes, rinse the plant off and shampoo their hair and actually end up with green hair or any other color for that matter. NOPE, because plants can't dye hair!! I read reviews of at least 8 different colors and saw their pictures attached with before and after results with vibrant colored hair that could only come from the colored, canned hair sprays. I have really short, light brown hair with natural bronze and blondish highlights and anytime I color my hair, I leave the product in my hair for the standard time of 25 to 30 minutes in order to achieve the color results that I want. I left this product in for about 40 minutes and could see the color right before rinsing and shampooing my hair, after that nothing, not a trace of color. I've tried Petal Pink, Powder Blue and Sky Blue...I WON'T BE TRYING ANY OTHER COLORS OF THIS PRODUCT, EVER!!

I really want to leave a great review since this is the first greyish color that actually showed up on my hair, but even though im blonde, it washed out after one wash and I was unable to get all strands covered (used a hair coloring brush). But the price is good, just wish it would stay on longer.

I wasn’t really sure about using this hair dye because it was less expensive and the reviews that I watched when people used it was always questionable. The color would come out weird. However, I went straight to YouTube and found some good reviews. This hair dye is a good bang for your buck. The only thing is, every time I touch my hair or brush it into a style, the color does transfer onto my hands. My hair could be completely dry and the color would still transfer. It also transfers when I straighten my hair. I don’t use any heat products or anything when I straighten my hair until after I’m done so it definitely was just because of the hair dye. I was using this product more for a touch up. My hair is natural and I bleached and dyed it blue a couple of months ago with a different dye. My hair faded to green and I wanted it to be blue so I placed the adore dye all over my head and it successfully dyed my hair blue. The color is absolutely pretty. I’m in love with it. When I first dyed my hair blue, I used these box dyed that lasted a day and didn’t work. Then I tried manic panic and that lasted about two months. I would honestly recommend manic panic though because the color doesn’t transfer at all after I dry and straighten my hair. Manic panic had lasted me two months and faded to a pretty color. It just looked as if I died my hair a different color. Another thing. The adore left my hair feeling dry, but manic panic does make the hair more moisturized. Both are also vegan products which is great. But if you want great color at a low price, definitely get adore. If you hate transfer, get manic panic. The transfer is about the only bad thing I can say about this product.

Easy to use and one bottle covered a lot. I had bought two just in case but now I have an extra for touch up. The powder blue is a silvery blue and hint of purple. I love it!

I wanted a subtle lift to the color of my white hair, so instead of using this as a straight dye I created a post-shampoo rinse (2 cups water +1/4 bottle of Powder Blue). It turned out great--better than expected. Instead of flat-white, my hair is now shiny-silvery. Happy! 😊

Es wird nicht Blau und schon gar nicht Babyblau. Ich bin Friseurmeisterin und kenne mich gut aus mit Direktziehern. Schon beim Öffnen der Flasche war ich skeptisch. Habe die Farbe auf ein frisch blondiertes, weißes Haar aufgetragen und es wurde violett. So sah die Flüssigkeit auch aus. Wer also Blau oder Hellblau möchte, sollte diese Farbe nicht verwenden. Der Roseton ist sehr schön!

Use to dye my hair blue and it was good for 2 wash then my hair color turn out to be this weird green and blue mixture. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Nice alone and adds a nice smokey tone to other colors when mixed
