TIDEWE Rain Suit for Men, Waterproof Lightweight 2-Piece Rain Gear

Just received the rain suit today and it seems very well made and should last a long time. My biggest concern was sizing. I'm 5'10" and weigh 225 lbs. I ordered the XL and it fits perfect. While sitting it gets a little snug around the belly, but not bad. This is wearing a t shirt and shorts underneath. So if you are going to wear it over a jacket or larger clothes, you probably should go to a 2xl. The pants are a little long, but with boots and adjusting the leg cuffs should work fine. I'll try and report later on durability.

After exhaustive research and reading countless reviews, I purchased this set of rainwear and I'm SO thankful I did! The material is a good weight and durable. All seams are sealed on the inside. The jacket has pockets with an overlapping flap to keep items dry. The zipper is sturdy and did not snag material. The sleeves have an elastic cuff that is 2-3" inside the end to keep rain from traveling inside. I wasn't 100% which size to get (I'm 5'4" and 190#) so I ordered both a large and XL - the large fit, but was still a little big, with plenty of room to layer underneath the jacket and wear hiking pants under the bottoms. The pants were a little long on ME - but I have a short inseam. The hood is on the larger side, fit nicely over a ball cap and can be pulled tighter. I returned the XL with zero problems. I wore this hiking for 3 days with everything from light mist/fog to torrential downpours and it kept me dry and warm. The material sheds water extremely well and held up climbing rocky paths and tight trails with branches rubbing. It also dries quickly. I like that it folds up nicely and fits back into the bag it comes in. It *may* be a little heavy for thru hikers who are carrying everything with them, but it worked great with a base camp and day pack 👍🏻

it fits really nice. BUT THE BAG YOU STORAGE DOES NOT FIT PRODUCT. TIDEWE RAINCOAT COULD NOT MAKE IT 1 INCH BIGGER. i HAVE REFOLDED THIS 3 TIMES . GOOD LUCK USING THIS BAG PEOPLE.

Overall, the jacket and pants work well, the material is stiffer than expected, but seem to be well made and and have worked well over the almost 2 years I've owned them. Like all "waterproof" clothing, the water-shedding properties diminish over time and usage (these survived the last few years of "atmospheric river" downpours and still manage to keep me drier than they probably should have. I reduced them to 4 stars because even though they're fairly light weight, surprisingly thin (but not cheaply so), and properly sized, they're not as breathable as I'd have liked, and during warmer weather, I found I was sweating enough to be slightly uncomfortable. The other factor is the zipper is "reverse seated", so if you're used to the standard "right side slots into the zipper on the left", be warned that it is reversed. For the price though, it's hard to argue they're not a good value.

Definitely waterproof! We wore these in Iceland with lots of rain and waterfalls. Everything stayed dry and looks great too!

I'm 5'7" with a 44" chest and weigh 190 lbs. I needed a rainsuit for warmer weather when I won't be wearing heavy clothing so I ordered the large. The fit is perfect while wearing summer time clothing. If I need to wear the suit during cooler times of the year it might be a little snug with a sweatshirt but doable. If I was buying this suit for primarily colder times of the year I would have gone with the XL. Inseam is a little long as well as the sleeves but that's more due to my body shape than cut of the suit. Overall quality seems very good.

First impressions, looks like it will hold up quite well and the price was even better. Nice material, love the little bag it comes in will be great for storage when not in use. Tried it on inside and got warm very quickly so I think on some of those chilly , wet days on the water it will hold up just fine. Haven't had a chance to use it but I'm sure I will over the summer on some of our fishing trips. My husband ordered one first before i did. He takes a medium and fits him very well, he's 5'7" 150lbs, I tried it on it was too tight in the waist hip area when sitting. I ordered the large only to have the extra movement capability, if you have to sit like you do mostly when fishing it gives me room to move and not tight. I'm 5'2" around 150lbs and hippy and it doesn't contrain me. With the larger size the hood is floppy over the head but more coverage for those wet days!!!!. Love the blue I bought, however, it would be nice to have other color choices. Being a woman and want to look at least somewhat distinctive, I think if your on the water some brighter colors would make you more visible...just my opinon. Hunting, maybe not so much, the darker and camoflauge would be better. Overall, I'm looking forward to trying it out.

Does what it says on the tin, it's waterproof and breathable, perfect for cycling. It has the same aerodynamics as an inverted umbrella, but breathability and dryness, 10/10.

Great material when I first received it, until I put it to the test. Ride my Motorcycle in the rain with it, everywhere seems be covered except my zip area, end up like my chest was leaking from the inside. Quite disappointed :(
