How much water should this be mixed with?

I don’t put in water. I sprinkle it on their food

How many gallons does this make? I need to treat an aviary.

I sprinkle directly on the food. No need to mix with water. A very small amount is all you need.

what was the reason for buying the product in the first place?

I have 14 birds and every now and then, one of their poops go a little off and I give some probiotics, or if they have to have a course of antibiotics, I give to reestablish their gut flora. It can also help to give once or twice a week to help keep their gut flora high.
