The laser lettering is clear, sharp and very legible. The tag is about 2/3 the size of and actual military issue tag, thick and solid aluminum, not thin tin--so, much nicer. Very shiny too! Chain is also better than military issue (not the bead chain, but an actual nice necklace). Got this for my medical condition. Looks really good and I like you can print on both sides. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

I am very pleased with the quality of both the necklace and pendant. The lettering is very clear and I like the fact that you can include a lot of information by using both the front and back of the pendant. That was very important to me. The front is highly polished while the back is a brushed metal. While the chain is also very nice, I wanted a longer chain so purchsed one separately through Amazon. I rest easier now and so does my family!

I like that there was no mistakes that needed correcting. It's easy to read, not too small to see comfortably.
