This can be used on both wet and dry cuticles.

Has anyone had the fine tip break while using the pusher? Mine did while using it for the second time and I have owned it less than a week.

Yikes. No, I've used mine often. There is no reason to press really hard. Not that I am saying you did use it that way. We do get 'lemons' even manufacturing can't control. Even in cars. I've been money out of a lot of things I buy and could never get my money back. It is so darn frustrating.

I can’t get it out of the leather case?? Help!! I don’t want to damage it with plyers but it won’t budge!

Mine stuck in the case also. Don't use anything that would damage the file! Send it back for an exchange! That exchanging stuff is frustrating but at least you can get one that will come out. I swore at mine and it came out! I'm not kidding! It won't be the 1st time we send things back and it surely won't be the last.
