I love that these are only 1mg and that I can gage how much I need depending on the nights. They taste great and work like a charm

The flavor is a little strange, but these sure do the trick!

These gummies not only have a great texture, they are truly delicious! Be careful you don't eat them all at once! Most importantly, they have only 1mg of melatonin ( I take 2) and it's lights out! Low dose, no fake stuff, try it, it works!

I took 2 of these last night and I was out cold until 11am the next morning. I woke up groggy and in a stuper so beware. Note, these taste TERRIBLE!!!!! YUK!!!! Also, I had a shingles shot yesterday so I don’t know if that added to the effect. I’m going to try taking only one tonight & see if that’s better… we’ll see.

These are actually delicious. They don’t taste like medicine and they ease you in to sleep.

I guess someone thought they needed to improve this former wonderful product. The new product tastes AWFUL. I've already checked and can't find the old formula anywhere. I also only received one bottle. Hoping the other bottle is being sent separately. Please know I used this product for years and bought many bottles. I will be searching for a 1 mg. that is much more acceptable flavor wise.

I think the product is great! I don’t have issues waking up. I’m not groggy in the mornings. I wake up feeling like I’ve had a good solid sleep. It seem to work pretty fast. I take one gummy about 30-45 minutes before I lay down. While I wait for it to do it charm I take shower and do my nighttime routine then lay down and fall right to sleep. Before I start taking them I would do my nighttime routine lay down and toss and turn for hours wide awake playing on my phone and irritated I couldn’t sleep!
