Im 6'3" and 250lbs should i go with the xl or xxl? if it helps in a dress shirt i wear 17 1/2 x 36/37 sleeve lenght.

Xl long would be a better fit I'm 5 '10 230 long arms fits perfect but need to wear shirt in

I am 5'11" and skinny, Do you think long medium would be perfect for me or just get the large size?

I've been issued Red Kap work clothes for over 10 years. I am 5'11" 160lbs. I prefer the medium. Large is a little baggy for my taste. As for sleeve length medium regular is plenty long for my average arms.

Can you use fabric paint on this material?

I wouldn't see why you couldn't. I used infusible ink from cricut to make my bfs work logo on the back of his and they worked great

Im 6.0 ft tall, weigh 330...would the 5x regular fit ok?

it might be a little on the big side. I am 6ft 9in at 300 and ware a 3x.
