Real Paper Transfer Book Safe, Hollow with Secret Hidden Compartment, Combination Lock, 8.7"×6"×2" (Les Miserables-Combination)

It looks real! I bought this for a friend that teaches French. She thought it was the real book!

Book looks great! But stupid Amazon informed our kids on the Alexa device that it was a book safe...it was to keep the kids out of stuff and have a hiding place FROM THEM! Ugh...other than that, the product looks great.

The safe looks great and the lock feels pretty secure (had it for a while and it hasn't had any problems), but I have two big issues. First is the fact that the inside isn't padded or anything, so 1) the rattling of any items inside gets annoying, and 2) more importantly, there's a risk of damaging anything fragile if something unexpected happens like a car accident while the safe is with you or a long fall or something (not that those are likely tbh). The other is that a significant chunk of the compartment is taken up by the locking mechanism on the back of the door, so the actual usable space is much smaller than claimed. You might have to struggle with a game of 3D Tetris if you want to pack some things, but it's not a huge problem. Overall a good item but I would wait for a sale

I was locking for a hollow book to store cash and passports in on a trip to a country where hotel safes are notoriously compromised, and was pleasantly surprised to discover one that had a lock on it. It did not disappoint! The thing is a little heavier than I hoped, but that’s because the lock is sturdy and probably even bulletproof. I wedged a piece of a bookmark into the top of the pages to make it look even more legit. Invaluable purchase.

Got this as a gift for my niece who wanted one for her dorm. Her sister also got her a different one and she likes this one better because it looks more realistic. Cute creative way to keep small belongings safe.

I like that the side have real paper but this takes away from how much you are able to store inside.it is easy to set the combo of your choose. Arrived quickly and met my needs but thought would be larger due to book size.

Looks like any other book on the bookshelf! Hidden safe is spacious and could easily fool anyone
