Does anybody know how many amps this thing draws?

VAW. Volts times Amps equals Watts. Easy to remember. As a frame of reference, most of your household circuit breakers are 15 amps. At 120 volts AC, an 1800 Watt (15x120) space heater will trip the breaker so manufacturers usually only make them 1500 watts. SOooo... 100 watts/12volts= 8.3 amps. Pedantic, question is like 4 years old, but it might help someone else who’s wondered all these years why they ignored all those boring subjects in high school like math, core science, auto shop.

What is the cord's length and why don't you show that in the specs?

For use in a vehicle the cord is definitely long enough. If you plan to use in the back of a pickup, you will need an extension.
