Hello, This yoga knee pad is made in China and made from premium thickened foam material. The central sag design helping relieve pressure on the joints and muscles while performing different yoga poses . We hope it will be of help to you. Best wishes!

What are the pros/cons: Foam vs silicone?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Foam material is much softer than silicone, while the silicone will not get deformed. Foam is more resilient and absorbent, does not produce odor or bacteria with long-time use, and is easy to clean, but is not durable. Meanwhile, soft foam can cushion the impact during yoga, helping to reduce the pressure on joints and muscles and preventing joint injuries. We hope it will be helpful to you!
