Wheel Kit for Honda EG4000, EG5000, EG6500

Works great

it did work on my homemade cart I built for the generator EG5000. The wide tires work well when being moved. we will see how they work when snow is plowed. the kit served my purpose.

Works in the mud. one guy can load the generator in the tool trailer (not a ramp). Really good on rough jobsite terrain. Just a good product

The kit marketed as fitting the EG series of Honda generators but based on the photos in the directions I believe the kit fits the larger EU series. The kit would not bolt up to mine EG6500 and if had drilled it out to fit, the axles would not have been wide enough to fit the wheels on. Not sure if the kit it got had been mislabeled at the factory or not, but there was no way it would fit the unit it was advertised as fitting. Unless the supplier can research and confirm this was a simple mistake, I will look at other options. Unfortunate as it was in the price range I was look to invest in.

Didn’t fit my EG 5000 generator without some modifications. Had to drill out the mounting holes and shorten the axles to get everything to fit. Also wasn’t a fan of the little caps that are supposed to hold the wheels on. I drilled holes in the axles and used cotter pins instead. End result is good, but pretty expensive for something that required that much work to install.

This would have received five stars, but I had to manipulate and rework the entire thing to get it to work on my generator. Said it would work on my EG 5000. Does not, bolt holes are incorrect. But redrilled and adjusted some holes to fit.
